I believe we all learn from each other, whether it’s in intimate or work-related relationships. In these encounters we develop beliefs and values, which move us through life. We can heal when we are provided the tools, time, and teamwork to create mindful choices, while strengthening our psychological, physical, and spiritual mindsets. I believe we can choose a nonviolent path (no abuse in any form) and by reducing violence we can increase healthy connections across our lifespan.
